All prices shown include VAT and are correct at time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may need to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of VAT.

The right to refuse or restrict any order is reserved.
All stock is subject to availability.
We aim to dispatch goods the following working day after receipt of order. Standard Delivery is by Royal Mail (2nd Class).
On rare occasions there may be delays so please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

28 day no quibble guarantee. In line with our aim of 100% customer satisfaction, we operate a ''no quibble'' guarantee policy. If you are unhappy with any item we send, you can return it unused and in a saleable condition, at your cost, within 28 days of receipt, for exchange or refund, to: Community Inspired Ltd, Stag House, 23-27 London Road, East Grinstead, West Sussex, RH19 1AL
A full refund will be given, or item exchanged, on receipt of the goods.
Community Inspired Ltd will not be held liable for the loss of any returned items/parcels. We recommend that you obtain Proof of Posting and take out adequate parcel insurance to cover against consequential loss.
If you have requested exchange items, no further postage will be charged on your exchanged goods. Please note that Community Inspired Ltd do not offer a free returns service.
If you paid by credit or debit card, any refund will be paid directly back into your account used in the original transaction.
If you paid by cheque or postal order, you will be refunded by cheque.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations to faulty or mis-described goods or other legislation are not affected by the terms and conditions above.
